So to be in step with Adrienne's challenge I finally took this book from my shelf and read it last month:
I've been a reader of Stephanie's blog for years now - she's a great writer and has a wicked sense of humor, not to mention the fact that she knits like the wind. Just check this out:
Amazing, no? I've watched this video many times, probably because I'm a huge nerd, but that's okay. And I imagine that by year's end I'll have read all of the Yarn Harlot books. I'd say that if you knit or crochet or are obsessed with string and wool, then her books are definitely for you - they're perfect reads for these long days of winter that remain stretched out before us.
This book is on my list!

Holy Cow!! I've never watched that video. I can't even fathom knitting like that. Incredible! I've knit a couple of Stephanie's patterns and love them. Going to have to pick up that book~

My mom is a huge Yarn Harlot fan. Thanks for the heads up on the books. I'm always on the prowl for something entertaining to read.

Whoa, that is some crazy knitting. Pretty amazing. I never use straight needles, always circular so the tucking under the arm technique would be hard to reproduce. EZ always used circulars, I wish there was a video of her knitting.
