I'm going to take little break from the blog, to return here after the New Year. I feel the need to hunker-down and get ready for celebrating; my house needs to be decorated, the tree has yet to be bought and put up, there's cookies to be made and cards to be sent, presents to be purchased and made...I could go on.
What I'm wishing right now is that you all have a truly awesome holiday, filled with laughter and love and peace and an abundance of good cheer. Thanks for stopping by this space to read and say hi - although I won't be writing here for the rest of this month, I will certainly be snooping around blogland to see what y'all are up to. In the meantime, and for now, I'll sign-off with a little Judy Garland:
I'll miss you Paige....But, I expect lots of pictures of THE dog when you return. Have a nice holiday.

Happy Hunkering and Holiday Madness!
Personally I am feeling the pressure myself. Very behind on all of it. The hubby leaves on Monday so it looks like next weekend we will get a tree and decorate. There is a ton of sewing & knitting & crocheting to be done and shopping too. Whew. I am tired already. But that's part of the holiday hustle and bustle.
Enjoy the season.

ditto, friend. Not that I've been on the blog much lately anyway, but I just haven't felt it...Now with all the upcoming deadlines looming I feel myself resisting the pull of computer land all together. I'd actually like to ready a novel this month.
What a novel idea.

Happy Holidays!! Don't let the puppy eat a chocolate Santa (really good chocolate, solid too!) like our dog did on her first xmas. Keep some peroxide around just in case.

Enjoy your blog break and happy holidays to you and your family! I thought of you today as I moved the trees you sent me to a more front and center spot for the holidays. xo
