Ahhhh, tending my flowers is soooo much more fun when wearing this sweater:
Because I'm feeling so darn warm and fuzzy, I think it's time for a giveaway!
A while back I made a bunch of zippered pouches using some vintage, hand-embroidered napkins from my stash of stuff. I've got two left...all's you gotta do is leave a comment on this post telling me what you're making (or not!) right now and I'll pick a winnah' on Monday. (I'll also include a ball of yarn that didn't get used for the sweater and a soft tree or two...happy good stuff, no?)
Anyhoo, have a good weekend! We're off to the northland with my dad tonight for some camping this weekend. Ta-ta for now!
For the love of yarn that FL sweater is beautiful!!!! I am so impressed (and wee bit green with envy - it's all good though) that you can work magic (maybe some funny magic ;-P ) with those needles of yours. Well done my dear. Well done.
As for those zippered pouches - they are adorable! Have a great weekend!

Oh, my! Your FLS is GORGEOUS!! Great, great, superb work.
And I'm thrilled about a giveaway (and such a generous one, at that). I'm working on a baby seed-stitch double breasted jacket right now. I hope to finish it on my vacation next week!

I LOVE your February Lady. Once I get up my sweater confidence I'm going to go at it. I did get Stitch and Bitch from the library last night to read up on blocking and then I finished my sleeve. One more sleeve and I have a whole dvd of the office to watch so I think I'm nearing the end.

BEAUTIFUL!!! Yay!!!
And a giveaway, too! I am working on a plain pair of socks. I just turned the heel while supervising kids at the beach -- everyone made it safely back out of the water AND I didn't mess up the heel -- I feel like I have ARRIVED.

Paige, Paige, Paige. The FL is to die for. Do you know how envious I am of this FO? You know...my yarn is STILL tucked in the drawer waiting for it's work to begin. Shame on me!!! It won't be ready for Fall. You've motivated me. Though I might have changed my mind about which sweater I want to knit now...
Okay...I need that extra ball of yarn and I WANT that pouch. Pick ME!!!!
Oh, and I'm working on a pair of socks, a hat (just needs a button) and a baby sophisticate sweater (just needs buttons). I recently finished a striped spring sweater, which I never blogged, and a pair of house slippers. I have some FO blogging to do. Best get on that.

Your FLS is fabulous and the color is to die for. Congratulations it turned out great.
I am working on the Damson shawl but noticed that while I was watching TV tonight I accidently alternated the two row repeat and now I have to rip back. Argh!

Oh gorgeous! Now I have to cast mine on. I love to zippered pouches too.
I am working on a hat for myself and socks for one of the boys. I won't mention all the unfinished sleeping projects:)
Well done on the sweater.
